The Best of Mt Shasta Conference and Festival was created to showcase our community to the world. This year’s event, called ‘Meet Those Who Call The Mountain Their Home,’ will feature Native Healing, Soul & Spirituality, Health & Wellness, and Our Environment, Nature Speaks. There will be a special presentation on Lion’s Gate Saturday Evening. The Workshops will be held in the Upper and Lower Lodges.

The Festival will be outdoors on the meadow where you will find vendors, food, mindful movement practices, and at the Gazebo stage there will be music throughout the day.

Since the beginning, The Best of Mt Shasta brought people together each summer—locals and visitors alike—to celebrate what makes our area so special. This event began in 2008 and was held every summer until Covid. This year we are beginning the tradition again to provide this popular event every summer.
